The staff here was super friendly and accommodating—no complaints at all! The room was modern and tidy, with great amenities. 😊.

The food was fresh with a wide array of alternatives. The location was great in a good area, adjacent to train station and main pedestrian thoroughfare as well as train terminal. Also, it was 2 km from a parish church.

This hotel boasts an incredible location close to the train station, with neat rooms featuring comfortable beds and extremely friendly staff.

B&b located about 2-3 min easy walk from main train station in La Spazia. Our room was super big size considering Italy usual room sizes. Room was very clean. This place recently had a remodeling and everything looks very new. Breakfast was a continental type ( juice, coffee, croissant, and few other things)..B&B Owner was super nice lady and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you planning to go to Cinque Terre villages ( I would not stay at cinque terre, it is more convenient to stay in La spazia, only 10 min train ride, very easy to do it)an

The room was well-maintained with comfortable bed included. The location was excellent: a small supermarket and supermarkets were within walking distance...

This venue has a great location, conveniently situated close to the city center and the shopping area.

We were extremely well received and the room had plenty of space and comfort.

There is some noise from the streets, but nothing special.

We wanted to be close to the train station, and this b&b is literally just down the block. The room was lovely, very large, and very comfortable. We entered through a gate which is locked, down to the entrance, around the back on a large courtyard. We felt very safe, and even though it is essentially a "garden level" room, it was very spacious and light. Breakfast is minimal, but we knew that from the reviews. It was very easy to get the train to Porto Booked.net one day and then back to Cinque Terre the next day. Only minimal toiletries are provided, so be sure to take your own.

The Hotel was situated at the back of a building on ground level. There were only 3 rooms securely locked at all times. It was situated 100 mtrs from the train station and in the same area as many shops and restaurants.

It was a little hard to find because of not so good signage.

It is so new, everything is clean too, and it´s close to the train station. Laura is very friendly. The room has everything that you need.The signal of WIFI is very strong. The breakfast we have 2 teas, 2 coffees, 2 juices, desserts, 4 little toasts, chocolate ceam and juice sauce. For us it´s enough, with this price en La Spezia, we are happy with the breakfast.

To us it is not a problem that, the hotel is not undergroud but there is a window of our room that is half beyond the road and half under the road. People passed and we hear they talking at night, but we didn´t hear drunk people and the window is very save with lock. To some sensitive people maybe it´s a problem. But no all the rooms have this situation, maybe you have to consult it to Laura first.

The staff here were super friendly and really knowledgeable. Plus, the location was amazing—just a short walk away from a Victorian museum! 😊.
